Dr. Amy K. Fenwick

Dr. Amy Fenwick is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst who received her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Western Michigan University. She later earned a Master's Degree in Behavior Analysis & Therapy and her Ph.D. in Rehabilitation and Behavior Analysis, both from Southern Illinois University. 

Amy specializes in organizational behavior management, performance management, and the treatment of intellectual & developmental disabilities  and autism. She serves as the chair of the State of Oregon's Behavior Analysis Regulatory Board, has published eight journal articles and one book chapter, and has delivered more than 35 professional presentations and workshops across the United States. She has held editorial and administrative positions with scholarly journals and professional organizations in the field and served as an Assistant Professor of applied psychology before leaving academia to open Pennyfarthing Applied Behavior Analysis.

Molly joined the team as Pennyfarthing's operations manager. She comes with experience and dedication as a supervisor with years of experience operating a grocery store in Northern Michigan. She enjoys personal fitness, the outdoors, fishing, hiking, and photography. 


Kristal J. Hansen

Registered Behavior Technician

Kristal is an experienced Registered Behavior Technician who joined our team in February 2019. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Developmental Psychology from Eastern Washington University and is currently a Masters student at Whitworth University studying Applied Behavioral Analysis. She is well on her way to completing the requirements to earn her credential as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.


Haylee Orozco

Behavior Technician Trainee

Haylee is a behavior technician in training while she completes her degree from Eastern Washington University. She joined our team in January 2019 and hopes to fulfill her requirements for certification in the coming weeks!
